well the best thing you can do is install windows xp on your computer and forget all about vista!

just tell clearly when it is truning off. it means on that time what u r using. moreover it is turning off or suddenly off. then only u can get the solution for this problem [e-mail]

hi I'm Rahul,

first check your computer for viruses and worms etc.

Then run a full computer scan.

After that check if your fire wall is working properly

then if your computer does not stop  turning itself  off then replace your firewall and ad ware and virus detecting software.

then check for anything that has been installed on your computer with out your knowledge and do not go on the internet for a week.

Is it getting too hot? and shutting down?

First take out all cards and disconnect all cables, then blow out all the dust not forgetting the PSU and CPU heat sink.

Put it all back and see if that helps
