My computer keeps on crashing...can you help?

What's that thing called, like system restore or something like that? It takes you back to a week ago before all the trouble started...can you help me? What's that called? I have VISTA!

actually THE BEST system restore is on a disk i think it DELETES EVERYTHING to the day u first got it i need it but i have too much data and yes system restore it only goes back a week no matter if the trouble started before that

OH vista yah that happens vista sucks EVERYONE KNOws that its naturally gunna crash till well my vista crash for 30 minutes then i do something that goes real fast then it wont crash ALOT  maybe sometimes but my advice is windows systems r better

START > PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES >  SYSTEM TOOLS > SYSTEM RESTORE. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

In Vista when you get there... it will recommend a restore point. use it.
