My computer randomly plays music and videos that I can't see?

Right now my computer is playing some weird video on it's own. I can't see the video. It seems like someone is f***ing with my computer somehow. Right now I can hear the president making a speech outta nowhere and some news guy talking about Russia. Trust me, I did not play this on my own. When I close out of the internet and everything, it's still playing. This also happens with music. Out of nowhere music (that no one in my house would ever listen to, mind you) will start playing, even when nothing is open and it's just the desktop.

What is going on?

try unplugging completely from the net, if it stops you are being hacked. run a Spyware scan immediately, other than that it just seems weird. someone is messing with you for sure, maybe you have wireless speakers? the frequency may be being used by someone else nearby.
