I just moved to college, and my college required that I download their clean access software to access the internet, and ever since I downloaded their program, my computer has randomly been shutting off. It worked fine until I got to school.

I'm running on a 64-bit vista if that makes a difference.

Any suggestions?

  1. could be overheating. if it is a laptop, try a chill pad for $30.

  2. you should tell your college lab technician

  3. It might not be compatible with x64. Go to the help desk or something and ask.

  4. You need to beat the fock out of the idiots who put the software on your computer. Set up a table, and power bomb them right through it.

  5. its obvious that your 64 bit system isnt compatible with the software as i doubt your school is running any 64 bit system

im sure this is the case maybe u should downgrade if it is vital

  6. Make sure your not hitting a button by accident that turns of your computer. Or maybe you should check if your computer goes into power save.
