Go to smallbusiness.yahoo.com and log in with your yahoo id. It will take you to your Web Hosting Control panel.

you can try disk recovery programs. There you can get bookmarks as well.

Find the name of your web host (see their bills, or your bank statements etc), contact them by email or phone to get log-in username, password etc. The other option is to try hard disk data recovery that tyneham provides. Next time also save the information elsewhere.
