My computer restart automatically.

Question

My computer restart automatically. When i start usin it not yet a minute then it would restart and many message error is appearing like the ff:
"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
"The system has recovered from a serious error."
Please HELP, i dont know what to do with my computer...
