  1. all i know that this happened with me many times and every time i go to

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/... install the flash player again and it works, sometimes i do this several times

  2. Could be two things.  If you have the noscript extension installed in Firefox, you will have to allow flash on a site-by-site basis.  The only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is to reinstall flash.

    Good luck.

  3. I had the same happen to me.  I clicked on it, it installed something, took only a second or two.

The next morning my computer went into continuos reboot upon booting up.  I got around that with "last working configuration" option.  Made me suspicious about the Flash Player popup, tho.

  4. As you can see, you are not the only persons having problems with adobe flash. Adobe does not seem to like us

  5. Is the plugin for explorer or firefox? You have to install flash player in both browsers.I hope you didn't uninstall internet explorer or you are about to experience some serious pain.Windows services need IE7 including windows updates

  6. I experienced this recently.  Although you don't give me enough info, I assume that you are trying to use a web site.  My issue was with powerpets.com.  It turned out (after looking at their code) that their javascript was calling for a specific version of the flash plugin and even though I had the latest from Adobe, it kept giving me this message.  Once I figured out what was going on, I sent an email to the site and a few days later they upgraded their code (to fix the problem).

If you are savvy enough, you could decode the site and backtrack to the right version; but this is going to cause you trouble in the long run.  fire an email of to the web site's administrator.

  7. Install flash from Firefox. go to the Adobe website using the Firefox browser install and download it there.
