My computer screen is really zoomed into the internet???

ok so everyone hadn't touched it for like a hour and when we got on it was all zoomed in to the internet and we don't know how to zoom it out its our family computer (its a windows Vista HP)

On the internet where it says --file---edit---view---favorites---tools...

click on view,toolbars,custumize,and there's an icon that says full screen and non fullscreen
