My computer screen is sideways!?

i must have hit those buttons that turns the screen..and i don't remember what they are to change it back..ive tried everything plz help!

To correct this problem simply click CTRL + ALT + Up Arrow

You  need to use a combonation of keys 'ALT Gr' and your arrow keys (up, down, left or right).

The direction you choose will dictact where the top of the screen lies.....eg ALTGR and UP will set it back to normal.

just pick up your montior and turn it so its now right side up.
