My computer spoke to me...?

Ok basically I just turned on my computer and as I loaded up internet explorer I heard a voice say "What is that ungodly smell"

Its kinda weird since I rebuilt it just last week.

Is there anyway I can find out what operations took place from the last 15minutes so I can see what it was?

do you have a roomate or does any1 have acess to your comp? it is quit easy to set a voice macro literally anywhere on ur comp...thats what my money is on. but if not then im stumped
