My computer thinks there is 2 moniters how do i change it?

i right click and go to properties but it wont show up. everything is missing and shifted to the right and i cant see it

there is no menu bar

this is making me angry

Are you sure your monitor or resolution isn't just set wrong.  Make sure you are at a resolution & refresh rate that your monitor supports.  Make sure your screen isn't just shifted to the side by adjusting in on your monitor.
