My computer will not recognize my Fisher digital...

Question

I bought my kids Fisher Digital MP3/MP4 players at a christmas liquidation sale and cannot install them on my computer. my hardware wizard says that they are installed by cannot work. I have tried everything that I can think of to remedy the situation and cannot find a contact number for Fisher Digital. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.
