Question:

My computer won't start correctly?

I have a Sony Vaio with Windows Vista. I am renting it from a company. I rented another laptop from this company before and the same thing happened. They said they would repair the first one and I never received a response. This second laptop starts and goes to the Windows Vista loading screen with the bar flashing across the screen and then it either restarts or stays on that same screen for hours on in. I don't have a Windows Vista bootup cd since I am renting it and I don't want to turn it in because I will probably never see it again. Any options out there?

  1. Sounds like a windows problem, you really need a vista disc to repair windows. Can you not borrow one off somebody?

  2. Never rent from that company again.

You should return it, and Vista sucks sadly :(

  3. have you tried safe mode???

oir better yet when it boots up hit F10

it should bring up the system recovery menu and it should recover whatever problem is wrong with it

and if that doesnt work try configuring with the F2  "setup menu"

  4. well i say never use that company again or else their running your money. :/

try to find a different company that rents those..and ones that work

  5. put on some militry boots & kik it hard at its butt. sometime the ghost of kiks don't understand the language of love.
