My computer won't start when i press the start button until 15 mins after the main power switch is turned on?

Question

The start button flashes orange while I have to wait about 15 mins before i can boot it up.

Anyone have any idea what's wrong and how i can fix it?

I would say one of two, the PSU but I bet it is the m/board.

I would try and borrow a PSU first and see if the works

It sounds to me like your power supply got damaged somehow.It is basically not giving a constant power to the motherboard and CPU and that is why there is a time delay.try changing the power supply.I am almost certain that it will solve your problem.
