My computer wont let me save pictures under jpg.?

My computer wont let me save pictures under jpg. anymore. it is only letting me save them under bitmap or art. how do i fix this problem?

Maybe you should create a new folder to save pics. Might work?

Are you referring to saving from a photo editing program. There are some formats that will not directly save as a jpg. More information is needed as to the source of the picture. You may have to play with the color settings.
