My computer wont recognize my mp3 player?

When i plug it in i cant find any way to get music onto it. Its a Creative Zen Micro and just today my comp wont recognize it. Do i need to download a driver or what?

  1. right click on my computer in the start menu and go to properties and go to hardware go to device manger find ur device and update the driver or just reinstall the soft ware or restart ur computer
