i try to riase the volume on my computer key bord but wont work i dont know were the control pad is and ineed help

You may need reinstalling the driver for your keyboard.  Your computer's operating system has the ability to run a generic keyboard.  If your keyboard has accessory controls, like for volume, you'd need drivers for these.  Visit the keyboard manufacturer's website to locate the driver.
