My confidence isnt amazing and im doing a college course that needs it ?

how can i make myself feel more confident

im doing a btec in musical theatre

Tell yourself how fabulous you are and make a list of all your good qualities. Then fake it, fake it, fake it. Ask yourself why other people's opinions matter so much. If you're not confident, it's because you worry that other people are judging you negatively. Is that really so bad? Why do THEIR opinions matter? What YOU think of your performance should matter. Judge yourself based on how much YOU improve, not based on how much other people improve. THen you can only win b/c as long as you improve, you're doing better. Most people aren't confident. They just fake it really well.
