My connection to the enterner is not working please help!?

im using a nother computer help my computer conection is not working help i did every thing i could please help please!

Make sure your computer is plugged into the modem or phone outlet properly.  Sometimes it could be something like a bad cord.  Sometimes my axial cable will come "loose" from the outlet and I'll have to jiggle it a bit (you can check that by seeing if your cable TV stations appear "snowy").
