My contact lens are useless because I am afraid to attach and detach it!! Help asap!!?

i do not know how to place my contact lens cuz i am afraid!!! huhuuh.!!! please help me!!

Did your doctor or his staff not show you how to put contacts into your eyes?

You have to be patient with putting on contacts. It wont fall to the back of your brain or anything so don't worry about that. You have to keep your lids wide open and be patient with the contacts. Some people take over an hour to put a contact in. You can look straight forward to up or to the side, whatever is more comfortable to you. People do it all sorts of ways.

I would go back and ask them to teach you if they have not already done so.

Hey!! I just got mine 2 days ago, it took me almost 20 min just to put ONE in! and another 10 to take it out! It really is hard I belive u, I'm going through the same thing. your docter should have helped u and showed u how!! mine did, maybe this might help u it really helped me now it only takes 2 min to put BOTH of them in!!! I know it's still kinda slow but come on thats good of a first timer !! :)

u might find some videos on youtube too, u can see how it's done, u'll get the hang of it !!!
