My contacts are really blurry

I've been wearing them for a month now. Until last week, it hasbeen fine. Now, only my left eye is dry and it gets blurry; My left eye is normal however my right eye is really blurry. However, ever time i yawn, it gets back to normal. is there any other way to keep my eyes wett besides eyedrops b.c i hate themm

Well, it depends if you have the 2 week throw-aways, monthly ones, or other kinds of contacts. My contacts get very blurry if I keep them in too long. (I have 2 week throw-aways) Eye drops right now are the only thing to keep your eyes moist. It is strange that only one eye has this problem. If this keeps bothering you, or getting worse, please go see your eye doctor and tell him this problem. He could probably perscribe something for you. Try a new pair of contacts temporally and see if the problem goes away first. If you right eye seems okay, then something was probably in your previous contact. Hope I helped! :)

do you take out ur contacts when u sleep? if u don't u should b/c it can do damage to ur eye and cause u to go blind .. it has happened to my moms friends daughter ... and for the blurriness..i bet they are worn out .. ur need to put in some new contacts

Are you sure there's not just a small piece of lint trapped behind the lens? How closely do you inspect them before you put them in? Even the tiniest speck can cause the issues you're describing.

You should take them out and wear your glasses for a bit.  Use protein remover tablets if you will be keeping them or just pitch them if monthly disposables.

First I would try cleaning the contact with solution. Then I would put your glasses on to make sure its not your eye. If it is your eye i would go to the eye doctor. If it isnt I would get a new pair and see if it helps. That is not right and you should have to keeping it wet. Hope I helped

It is probably time to change contacts. Wearing contacts at night can cause problems too.
