Question:

My contacts keep making my right eye blurry?

I am fine when I first put them in, then by midday, my right eye seems to get very irritable and blurry. I tried putting some contact eye drops in to see if it was the dryness but it wasn't. And I'm pretty sure my contact is flipped the right way. What should I do?

  1. most likely it is allergies.  Take the contacts out and wear your glasses for now.  if this keeps happening, see your eye-doctor and they may give you an RX for allergy eye-drops.

  2. Pollen.  Soft lenses ?  IDK,  but if they are hard lenses - wash them with Dawn dishwashing detergent and rinse WELL.

  3. Are you cleaning them correctly each night? Maybe you could stop by your opthamologist's office and have him/her take a look at the lens.

  4. Did you check to see if there was any rip in the contact.  I had a tiny tear and my vision out of that eye was so blurry.
