Zdenek Zeman, former head coach of Pescara, has gone on to clarify his position by stating that his conversation regarding Daniele De Rossi was misinterpreted.

with the two as well, but Zeman was talking to the press to clarify his position regarding his latest interview with the press regarding De Rossi.

“I've heard things on the news which I didn't like, people have misquoted me. What did I mean when I said Daniele hasn't yet fitted in? I meant he's used to playing a different system in midfield – I was simply talking tactics.”
