My corn snake won't shed!?

Question

I got this corn snake and have been (sucessfully) nursing it back to health... I noticed it was time to shed, which I wasn't worried about that until it was almost a week after she is normally done shedding. I didn't have money to get mice last week so she is a week behind in feeding (not a big deal i feed her pretty much EVERY week because she still isn't as healthy as she could be) but she really needs to eat now and she still hasn't shed. I have put a dish in there big enough for her to soak in and mist it daily. I am just scared and hope the best for her! If you can help that would be GREAT!!
