My corporate office desk is more like a cubicle countertop. How do I feng shui it?

My desk at work is like an L-shaped countertop in a cubicle, and I can't make any changes other than by moving desktop items. I sit on the third floor with my back to the windows overlooking the parking lot. My computer sits in the corner of the "L". To my left is the smaller part of the "L" with a tall cabinet with coat rack, shelves and file drawer. To my right is the long part of the "L" and it has a shelf above it with three clear plexi-glass doors. How can I use feng shui and apply the bagua map to maximize this space?

  1. first, the bagua map that you've read is bogus. it's not authentic chinese fengshui. believe me chinese fengshui is not that easy, that is why fengshui practitioners charge alot whenever they do an audit. and i know this because i used thought that it was, but after i took some fengshui seminars, i realized that most books wrote by western writers are always true.

next, you need to know that even you are just using 1 small space in that large corporate building, fengshui treats the whole building as 1 unit. because the building has 1 front door, which you use, and where chi or energy comes in.

this chi, occupies space - the bigger your space, the more chi it contains. chi also has a characteristic, but only fengshui practitioners know the formula to calculate and understand this - it can be good or it can be bad for you; and it does not have anything to do about how you arrange your furnitures inside your cubicle. it has something more to do with where does that main front door at the ground floor faces, and where are you located in the building.

just try this, if nothing seems to be wrrong with your life, then there is nothing to fix. if you feel, that you have small expenses that is not necessary or bec of bad luck, then try moving your cubicle, if you can... that might change your luck.

if you want to learn more about fengshui, read books by: peter leung, joey yap, eva wong and lillian too. these authors are more experienced in ther craft, bec they have been doing fengshui for years.

  2. Well, it seems you do not have a lot of options as to move things. So, first, be sure to work looking to one of your favorable directions. If necessary, you can move your computer to face your good direction.

It is difficult to analyze a place just with the description, as surroundings count. You can look up your personal directions as well as all about theory etc. here:
