how do you get one?

for 11 year olds

where can 11 year olds audition for t.v. and movies and commercials and so on.

it would be good if it was free, and you just pay the talent agent when u get a gig.

ALL legit agents are free, if they tell you otherwise you are being scammed.  she needs to start small and take one step at a time.  research local smaller films in your area, do school plays and take local classes.  start building a resume.  get professional photos taken.  once you have some on camera time create a demo reel showcasing the appearances. down the road, get a copy of the ross reports and start sending headshots/resumes/reels to the ones who are looking for new child talent.  bottom line is you really cant get agents with no experience, so you are going to have to find your own auditions in your area to get some beginners credits.  try googling to start.
