My cousin from her motorhome dish hooked into neighbors dsl signal. Is this possible using dish network dish?

Also I would like to know what the range would be. If the dsl is say 2 miles away would this work using a dish?

yes this is possible providing that the dsl signal was transmitted from a powerful enough source and is sent over a relatively flat area

the area of coverage would probably have a limit of about 2-2.5 miles

you need a dish at both ends. But yes, it may work over 2 miles, assuming there's nothing in between the two dishes.
