My cousin has athlete's foot amd walked barefoot on my hardwood floor. How do i clean that? Lysol?

NO! Lysol will damage your finish!

Use white vinegar and water instead. Athlete's foot tends to spread more if the floor is constantly damp (showers, bathrooms, etc.).

I think yo are worrying too much.  You are more likely to get it from a damp towel or shower mat he has used.
