My cousin is really annoying! how do i tell her?

She is so annoying sometimes and i dont want to hurt her or anything but really come on like she sits doing nothing when im over and completly ignores me and we are like best friends! How do i tell her?

just tell her that u do appreciate her very much but sometimes she can be really annoying.. ..or u can say it how it is.. ur annoyin get out my face.. mehhh lol
