My cousin was born and raised in Nome, AK

She just came to California becuase my aunt passed away.

She has no form of identity and no social security number.

We tryed purchasing her Birth Certificate online, but they need a social security number or mothers signature.

Impossible.

She needs some form of idenity to get a social security number, is there any forms of idenity you can get without a social security number, if you can help please do!

Thanks

  1. She needs to get a hold of her mother's tax return and find out what number her mother used for her (when she was claimed as a dependent).

  2. He is not a citizen and needs to go through the proper procedure in order to become one.

Right now he is nothing more than a common illegal immigrant.

  3. get a lawyer what little it will cost will be nothing to the time and pain if u try to do this yourself

  4. Did you call the state of AK and ask how to get a birth certificate issued to your cousin? You would need some proof of were the birth took place:  hospital involved then some document must exist, a midwife might have kept records,  a church might have a record of baptism, a school might have some document given when your cousin went to school etc. Log on to the state's web site and find a number to start with and then keep trying. The social security department should also be able to help with requirements. Good luck.
