My cousin just moved to abu dhabi from the philippines, how can i bring her to the US for my wedding?

She needs to apply for her own tourist visa and there is nothing you can do to help her.

To apply for the visa, she will have to show strong ties to her country of residence (in this case, the UAE, I guess) that would compel her to depart the US once her visit is over. Proof of employment or study are good things to provide.

The embassy of the United States in Abu Dhabi will be able to provide information.
