My cousin was charged with misdemeanor (petit larceny) 6 months ago and got ACD. ?

He then took a stoplift class as told by the judge. This happened in queen, ny. Since now it is 6 months how can he expunge this from his record.

i would think so...ACD is an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal..since he didnt have any trouble the judge will hopefully go for an expungement depending on his age of course...
