It depends on which Nutcracker Barbie your cousin has. If it is the Music Box doll from the early 1990's, it can be worth quite a lot.

If it the Nutcracker Barbie that went with the VHS tape in the late 1990's, it isn't worth much more than what it originally retailed for.

Your best bet is to check ebay for auctions that feature the doll our cousin has.

Most Barbies are very over-produced & very few hold their value or go up in value.
