My coworker making stories about me that destroys my dignity?

ok, i am a g*y, discreet or closest. and theres this lady who is my coworker that telling stories about me that destroys my dignity. stories that are not true/ real. what should i do?

Dignity can not be destroyed by words, if what is said prohibits you from living or working in society, then you have a case.
