My coworker want access to MY email. Isn't it wrong to enter another's email to reply as if I am replying?

On what condition, if any, should an employee of a small office allow a co-worker to respond to their work email when there's remote access and out of office assistance available?

  1. Absolutely do not let another employee use your email.  Have them put a notice on their out of office assistant to contact you, and provide your email.
