  1. Your CPU has no direct control of which sites you can and cannot visit - it simply processes the information provided to it. However, there are a couple of things you should be aware of:

    1. If you downloaded any commercial product from MegaUpload (meaning something you yourself didn't pay for), then chances are you infected yourself with some kind of virus or malware (see link).

    2. If you're looking to do gaming, Celerons are most definitely not the chipset you need. Almost all of the newer games won't run on them, even if the processor speed matches requirements. Celerons aren't designed to utilize extensive system resources; rather, they're designed for minimal function (Office, Web browsing, low-end picture editing, etc...).

EDIT: With regards to virus and/or malware, here are some free, SAFE downloadable products:

Antivirus - you should only ever have one antivirus product on your home system. If you already have one installed, disregard these.

    AVG Free Antivirus

    Avast! Free Antivirus

    Avira Free Antivirus

Anti-Malware - I personally recommend having all three of these installed, since one will often catch what the others miss.

    Spyboy - Search & Destroy

    Ad-Aware Free

    Windows Defender

  2. which browser you are using?

do you have parental controls activated?

and megaupload is no place for rpgs.

btw download a new browser..internet explorer sucks.

get mozilla firefox....or opera...go to google and search them....and download them..they are way quicker then internet explorer.....and yes if you are a social junkie then flock is a good browser.....you can search em all on google

  3. sounds like you have a malware program running on your pc and it's redirecting all web url's to that site. if you have another computer or a friend's pc download malwarebytes from http://www.Malwarebytes.org

It's a free program that can rid your system from these type programs.
