My cpu usage shows 100% in my taskmanager but when i check individually it is around 55% ?

Download ' The Ultimate Troubleshooter " this will detect all Processes running on your computer, and allow you to stop or delete it

When going through its list check for programs you have not installed or come with windows I believe you have either a virus or spyware on it

Use an antivirus suite to check
