  1. Credit repair companies do not increase your credit score.  The most they can do is get things removed from your credit that are incorrect.  You can do that yourself for free.  The ONLY way to build your score is to re-establish some credit and Pay on time!!  You must have active trade lines in good standing for a good score.  Don't over do it!  519 is very low so you obviously have had some issues- try to get them paid on your own-  the credit repair person does nothing that you can't do yourself.  Good luck!

  2. Сredit repair workеd fine for me. I used this service - http://freecreditreport.hotusa.org - They disputed and removed lots of bad items from my credit report.

My score went from 541 to 627 in 3 months.

  3. If you have legitimately got yourself into that situation, don't waste your money on a service, just pay your debts.

  4. It depends on how successful your disputes and negotiations are.

  5. what is credit repair? and is this something you can do on your own?

  6. I amnot sure how long it will take to a good level. However, I can suggest you a company. Just have a look:

Sky Blue Credit Repair offers an awesome program that includes everything you need to improve your credit, all for a single low monthly fee. It includes credit bureau disputes, debt validation, and comprehensive counseling services. This  program is ideal for anyone interested in real and lasting credit improvement.

  7. Depends on the severity of the issues. If you're paying off late bills or catching up on behind payments it could take about 6 months or more of on-time payments. If you're correcting errors your score jumps up as soon as the error is removed.

If you've got mistakes on your credit you might consider a credit attorney. If it's just bills your behind on then you'll just have to plug away and in about 3 to 6 months you'll see an improvement.

    Good luck to you!
