My crown amplifier ce 4000 plays for about 2 minutes then go into fault condition ,what could cause this?

u have it at too low of an ohm and ur amp cant handle it...redo ur wiring to the impedence of ur amp....good luck

he may have a wiring issue. if you have it ran at a lower ohm that what it suggest it can cause problems. if your have it running at 2 ohms and its 4 ohms that can strain not only you amp but your subs as well. and at that high of watts your can be straining your system alot.
