Weak and not fast enough.

Add 2 Hamons into the deck.

Then add Crystal Counter.

Add 1 Rainbow Dragon if this is not beast rush.

Take out the TRAPS....

-1 Sak Armor

-1 Triggered Summon (wtf is this for zzz)

-1 Crystal Raigeki

-1 Last Resort

Remember that Crystal Beasts is on FIELD MANIPULATION.... traps may kill you.

+1 Crystal Beacon --- the best of a cb deck

-1 Magna Slash Dragon (not strong.... you can negate with your field)

Bleh 6.5/10 you need alot of work for the speed to build.

Well...hmmmm 9/10 very good job, i probably couldnt have done better, however i would try to run twin prong attack...souly for the fact that it can get you a +2 C-Beasts in backfield and a -1 on your opponents field. Other than that maybe add one more saku.
