  1. Upto my knowlegde, if we consider last cut offs, I think u  will possibly get good engineering college.

    I suggest u try for VIT university.

    getting anna univ guindy is difficult especially since u r FC

    try out colleges like SSN,etc.

  3. Visit collegesof tamilnadu.com to know the collegewise cutoff for TNEA 2007. You can infer ur chances from this.

    No spl treatment for cbse.

    U can perhaps get tier 3 engg colleges in chennai
