I'm not very good at this sort of thing but the best thing is to apologies and tell him that your cousins stole your phone and you had no idea they were doing it until afterwards. also tell him that you will punish them severely :P. then ask if you can make it up some how cause who knows this guy might like you back. maybe because he likes you and your cousins called him and probably making fun of him, he is hurt!
