My cycle is 25 to 26 days. Is is possible to get pregnant on day 16 or 17?

I was just confused because I keep getting different results from the ovulation calculators. I am not sure when I ovulate. We thought it was between day 10 to 13 but I am not so sure that is always accurate.

So far, we have abstained from that date range over the years. We are not using the pill but we use condoms.

Well, from when I use to chart, my understanding of it is that you count 14 days out from the first day of your cycle which is the first day you start full bleed.  Fertiflityfriend is a great source :)

Day 14 is an ESTIMATE. The human body is not on a tight calendar and different environmental conditions change the menstrual "schedule" regularly. You can get pregnant ANY time. Even on your period. It depends on when you ovulate and you can get pregnant within 6 days of ovulation, and some women ovulate more that once a month just like some don't ovulate even once a month. This is not considered "normal" but it happens to most women at some point in their lives for various reasons. Just remember, you can get pregnant anytime, the cycle is just a guide but every "body" is different :)

The usual answer is that pregnancy is most likely from day 14 to day 17 of your cycle.  However, sperm can live for 5 days in you, so you have to take that into account.  And that's only if your cycle is the norm, and yours is not.  No telling when your fertile period is.

Quite frankly, my dear, if you're not using birth control, you can get pregnant anytime you have unprotected s*x with a male of the species.
