My cycle is broken in garuntee period and the cycle shopkeepers seem to not pay heed and not fix the cycle!!!!

the gaurentee period is on and the shopkeepers dont pay heed and give me new people to call and they dont help !!!!

You need to read your guarantee and be sure you didn't break the bike doing something outside the guarantee.  Many manufacturers exclude a variety of activities.  They are quite aware of what a bicycle is capable of and what is likely to trash it.  Thus, most manufacturers exclude racing damage, jumping, etc.

As long as you were not doing something excluded when the bicycle failed, I'd call the manufacturer.  If you were doing something excluded, you need to throw yourself on the mercy of the shop and manufacturer to help you out, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
