My dad bought a new car? 2004 Nissan Murano?

and my mom doesnt like it because it has a black interior trim. so now both of my parents are pissy and on top of that they wont talk 2 me. so im getting pissy. plus 2morrow we're going to a picnic with like 10 families. so help please!!! ASAP

Your question should be that your father bought a "used car".

A 2004 model is "not" by any means a new car since we are nearing 2009. Don't intervene in parental affairs, they may not agree now but they will get over it, keep in mind that they have gotten though things that were a lot worst together and as one.

They may not agree now, but they will come to an understanding along the line and hopefully soon. As for your picnic, don't worry. Parents as adults know how to act around other adults for the most part and don't like to have "dirty laundry" out so all can see it.

If you do take sides you will lose in the end as when you parents do make up the one that you sided "against" will not forget that anytime soon. You may not like to see your parents as they are right now, but it will work out in the end and besides, a misunderstanding or two every now and then keeps a relationship healthy.

This may not be what you wanted to hear, but it is the best course of action. Treat your parents equal.

Some people don't have cars, let alone SHOES. Is it really that big of a deal?

That's the person that would be dealing with it, I would say, that if it is so bad, then just take 2 cars...

Well first of all, I actally own a Murano.  Mine's a 2006, but I LOVE my car.  I have had NO problems with it and it drives like a dream.

I have tan interior leather, but I would love this car with any color interior.  They are truly some of the most reliable, comfortable and beautiful cars out there.  They have wonderful storage space, plenty of cupholders (lol), and are some of the best cars out there.  you guys are lucky to have one of these cars!!!

Just give your parents a chance to cool off.  She is probably just upset that he didn't consult with her before buying it.  I'm sure everything will be fine by tomorrow, so don't worry about the picnic.

Don't stress..they will work it out and everything will be fine. Have fun at your picnic!
