Its unfortunate when a parent favors one child over the other.  I doubt its because of how you look. Usually its the child who is more needy who get the most attention, you know the squeaky wheel.  Try spending more time with your dad telling him about your day.

It's always normal behavoir sadly for a parent to favor one child over another over this or that. He probably has a thing for woman with curly black hair and green eyes. I bet some long lost crush from his adolesents or young adulthood that he has held on to all throughout his life. If you feel like changing to get daddy's attention you can always dye your hair black, curl your hair, and instal some contacts or go find another daddy figure who likes blonde hair and blue eyes like a nice n**i German Aristacrate :) I think my next woman will be a blonde haired blue eyed girl but that will be many years from now.

No it is not, ur parents should not chose to like one child over another, simply because they like the way he/she looks. what ur father is doing is wrong, and u should tell him that u realize what he's doing and that u do not appreciate it. Make sure that he is not alone with ur sister because he may physically attracted to her, and that is not safe, it may mean he is a child molester, so keep a close watch on him.

Yeah, i grew up with that. My dad, appeared to me, to love my sisters more then me cause they were tall blonds. I know it sounds weird but i was always the less attractive short redhead daughter. I'm ok now, but went through a LOT of pain bcos of parents favoring my sisters. but my sisters are my best friends now.

OK even if he DOES treat her better - maybe there is another reason?  Is she more responsible?  Is she kinder to your parents?  Is she more respectful?

Anyhow try to shake it off.  If you dad favors one kid over the other HE is the one with a problem.  Not you.
