Unfortunately there are no hair removal products for facial hair that I know about, with the exception of shaving cream and a razor.  Have you tried an electric razor?  You would probably have to shave your dad more often to avoid the usual discomfort that comes, for me at least, with an electric shaver.  Best of everything to you and your Dad.

Would advice against hair removal products for a face:highly chemical and the chances of burning the skin are way to big or suffering from an allergic reaction.

Best is to do it with an electric razor.

Or with the Phillips fusion mach 3:shaves real fast and smooth:use it myself.

I have Parkinson's(dxd 6 years ago) and use an electric razor.  One thing I do that helps me is shave at a time  I am not rushing to get out the door(like the night before).  That way I can take my time about it and stop for a few minutes and rest if I need to.
