My dad has restricted my internet use from 4pm to 10pm how can i get around that on my own comp?

is there a possible way i can get thro to the internet while not on his computer and un detected? i dont use wireless but thro cords to the router... ive tryed to switch the wire'ing around but my comp is the only 1 blocked

If your dad restricted your use it must have been for a good reason. You have been restricted for whatever reason, and now you want to disobey him again? Not a good idea.

You probably wont understand this until you get older, but your parents love you and will do things like restrict use of tv, internet, etc.

Next time follow the rules and you wont have problems like these. Keep breaking them and youll end up on the wrong path like trying to find ways to break the law and not getting caught.

What the h**l kid? 6 hrs is not enough time, what are you doing anyway. Maybe you should consider a hobby. I sit in front of a computer all day and I hate it. I wish I could go outside. Before you know it you will be avoiding work to vacation on yahoo answers.

I think the best way to get around it is to analise why your dad restricted your internet usage, and after resolving the problem, he may allow you to use it again.

Nope, no way around it.

That's SIX HOURS a day computer time.  That's MORE than reasonable.  Be grateful for what you got.

6 hours on the computer during the time that you should be doing your homework and having dinner with your family is plenty. Obviously your father knows you are spending an obsessive amount of time on the computer.

I'm sure your dad didnt do it for no reason maybe with school starting (it is here I dont know about there) he dont want you on as much and wants you to study more or maybe he just thinks your plain spending too much time on it dont worry your not going to die from not being on the internet I didnt have internet growing up and I'm not dead once you get used to it you will start doing other stuff that is much better for you and in the long run you will see that what your dad did was whats best for you and you will thank him later

WELL...........THINK...........if you GET  CAUGHT..........you MAY LOSE ALL COMPUTER ACCESS,  are you willing to LOSE this privilege?  WHY NOT just behave yourself!  & just use those hrs properly & SHOW HIM  RESPECT, he knows what he's doing!  GO OUTSIDE & GET SOME FRESH AIR>........   he should have  made it so that you could only go on for 2 hrs......... not 6 hrs...  your on here way too much, get out into the REALWORLD........  & do not  try to get around this, or you'll  LOSE ALL ACCESS TO THE COMPUTER!
