My dad just let me have his shed i want to make it in to this cool place just for me and my best friends iam13

Question

i am 13 try to keep it away from lil girly things but the thing is kinda important to me just a place for every one to hang out there is already an air conditioner and we have so lights we can hook up bu there is also some power tools in there from my dad but some of them we can put aside or in the big garage.

please help

how about pretty butterflys with rainbows and flower power tv jkjkjkjkjk you cant have a shed clubhouse with out some boyish stuff put in like maybe some of your favorite bands posters and paint it purple

Christmas lights are always fun and dudes and dudettes love them so it's not too tomboyish or girlish. They will also give a really nice light in the shed if you go for all white. If the shed is big enough for a small couch or loveseat, that's cool. Being comfortable is important. A crazy, fun, old carpet on the floor to make it cozier. Maybe a little coffee table so you can play cards or make something. Also, you can get cheap but sweet looking fake crystal chandeliers from IKEA that would be fun too.

All the stuff I mentioned could be found for cheap on craigslist.com or at a garage sale. Have fun!!

Then make it you!...  U like posters of your favorite bands or actors??  I had a shed and when my son was 13 he wanted a space of his own so i let him have the shed,, he put carpet down so he didnt get splinters, lots of posters he put his Tv and ran cable from the house, he put his stero out in it, and we even found him a couch to put there too!! all in all he made the place his own little hide out!  he hung up those beaded door things ,, had cd's and paper and all kinds of things in it! he really loved it and had fun! Sounds like your going to too!! Use what u have set in your head !! Make it you!! Have fun and take care!

BonniJ gave you some good Idears but if your Dad's tools get in the way get a big plastic Storage Box and put what fits,inside,then put a cushin on top and you have a cool seat.Have Fun.
