Why the h**l does it matter right now? Quit worrying about when your mom is going to die. Hopefully that won't be in the near future. And if you want to know, then ask her.

this is a tricky situation...because if something happens to your mother then i think your father would b able to get custody of you before your aunt unless theres some reason the court wont let you live with him...

if its your moms wishes for your aunt to have custody of you if something happens to her then she should consult an attorney and see if its possible
